A doorway into the Braj bhav, through an easy exploration of the history, grammar, poetry and prose of Brajbhasha language. A multimedia course, incorporating written, spoken and sung devotional materials. Weekly instructional screencast videos introduce new concepts, homework exercises sharpen skills, and quizzes test them. In weekly live satsang sessions we will review materials, address questions, and flow into a discussion of newly presented poems and prose, together interpreting passages of sacred literature.

Madan Mohan....Seva wallah. Prasad Master. Vrajvasi. Gokul native. His cooking is legendary and transformative. He has non-stop seva bhav and an unshakeable good mood. Since the age of 12 he assisted Shyamdas in Krishna seva and became his inseperable guru-bhai, or godbrother. Madan Mohan has served thousands of Indians and foreigners alike with delicious prasad, foods offered to Lord Krishna, with a fusion of western and Indian cuisine. Shri Vallabhacharya composed a short teaching text called Catuḥślokī, outlining the essence of the four pursuits of Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha as they pertain to Krishna bhakti. We will explore these meanings together, primarily with reference to Shyamdas' unpublished manuscript "The Four Pursuits." Share your thoughts and experiences with us in this free online satsang.
